Whole Wheat Tortillas

  • 2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2/3 cup warm water (around)
1. Combine flour, baking powder and salt
2. Add olive oil and stir
3. Add water slowly and combine until dough gathers in a ball
4. Knead dough on floured surface
for 15-20 times
5. Let dough rest for 30 minutes
6. Separate dough into 10 ish equal portions and shape into balls
7. On floured surface, roll dough very thinly
8. Place in preheated, ungreased frying pan or skillet on medium-high
9. Cook for about 30 seconds on each side(if very thin) A minute if a little thicker. Cook them longer if you like them crispy.

Server with dip or wrap stuff up
