Zucchini fries

  • 2 zucchinis
  • 2 eggs
  • flour
  • breadcrumbs
1. Preheat oven to 465F
2. Cut zucchini into fries shapes
3. Beat eggs
4. Coat with flour, then coat with eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs
5. Bake for 13 minutes on one side, then slip and bake for another 10 minutes on the other side. (depends on how big your fries are. add more time depending how crispy you want it.)

I know they look a little weird, but they taste really good lol.
